LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  • FAA-FORM 8610-2

  • Fill out the form as shown in the exmaple.

  • Fill in the highleted areas and ensure you complete the front & back of the form.

  • Create 2 copies of the form.

  • Provide a copy of your written results for each exam.

  • GRADUATION CERTIFICATE

  • Provide a copy of your graduation certificate

  • Must Inlcude:

  • A signature from the school administrator.

  • Graduation from the currulum required to test for the certifcation. i.e. if you are testing for airframe it must say aiframe.

  • Date of graduation.

SCHEDULING YOUR EXAM

Now that all of your documentation is ready, follow the following steps to book your exam.

STEP 1: Click the button to the appointment page.

STEP 2: Select your exam and date.

STEP 3: Schedule your exam.

STEP 4: Once you receive your appointment confirmation email you will email the following to us.

These documents must be received by us no later than 3 days before your exam date.

  • A copy of your 8610-2 form (filled out)

  • Written results

  • Graduation certificate

  • Your drivers license or other forms of ID.
